I have purchased few hours in my lifetime and never met a realtor like Steve. During the house hunting, Steve was always well prepared and professional. He was also very sensitive to me being new in the city and offered to drive me around during the house hunting whenever I needed. I guess I might have looked over 100 houses over a short period of time and Steve never showed a sign of fatigue or being impatient with me. At one point, I got anxious over my negotiation and was ready to give up but Steve actually gave me a good advice. I stayed put and finally got what I wanted. This tells me Steve cares about his clients well-being ethically. The most impressive part of Steve was after market. Steve continued to provide his valuable info if I needed someone to work on my house or had any questions. He always returns my phone calls or text if he couldn't attend it right away. He also maintained his customer service by contacting me once for a short while to see if I'm still happy with my purchase or just a brief chat over live in general. What an amazing realtor! "We recently purchased a townhome in the Plano area, and Steve was a terrific help. He knows the area well, and was a wonderful resource. We looked at several homes, he listened to what we wanted, and when the time came to negotiate he offered advice then did as we asked with no questions asked. Once we were under contract, he was amazing--he met us at the home multiple times to let contractors give estimates for work to begin as soon as we closed. He has a list of trusted folks in the area that has been a godsend, since we are from out of state. All of his recommendations have been terrific. He is helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable, and I definitely recommend."

In a market where home prices are beginning to decline and there is a larger inventory of homes in our area, we were concerned that it might take quite a bit of time to sell our home.
